Alan C***, owner of business called to respond to complaint He explained that the sale of consumer's vehicle did not include a warranty Salesman involved in the purchase is no longer with the business Consumer provided a documented with his signature, only Owner states
this warranty was not provided by his business Business had offered to meet consumer half way, but the consumer refused Business refuses to work with consumer at this point.Business will fax sales documentation to Revdex.com

Mr***, Owner of business called Revdex.com to provide his response to *** Business explained that the bank asked for a statement to prove the consumer had an account The bank replied stating that the statements were fraudulent because there was no name listed on it and the word
withdrawal was spelled incorrectly Business requested that consumer re-submit documentation With this submission, the font with the consumer's name was different than the font for the rest of the document and the word withdrawal was misspelled, again Bank refused to finance Business went to pick up the vehicle Since the purchase, the vehicle had been wrecked Consumer wanted business to take the vehicle to a third party of her choice for an estimate as she wanted to report the damage to her insurance Business decided to use a third-party of his choice Damage totaled $ Business refuses to refund the consumer's down payment, since the amount he would need to pay to repair the vehicle with total the amount of down payment Business will fax documentation to support his response
