Horrible customer service and filthy hotel I came in on this past Friday for my girlfriends wedding! Amazing ceremony! But last night my friend that stayed in the room with me flipped the sheets back and there were bed bugs; one crawling and two dead! Instantly she screamed and squished it! I came out of the restroom and she was like, " [redacted] , what is this?!" I took it into the restroom where it was brighter and realized it was a bed bugI came downstairs and told the front desk what was going onThe young man apologized and sent someone up to inspectMeanwhile, I asked for the supervisor or manger on dutyA young lady can out and with a very nasty attitude said, "What do you need?" I looked at her and said to myself, "Okay, she is about to give me attitude!" I advised her on what was happening and let her know that we need to be movedShe was very condescending and just flat out rude!! I wasn't having it!!!! I advised her that there needs to be something done and right now!! Sh

I stayed at this hotel for nightsThis is the dirtiest property ever, step into the elevator and you may end up pukingThe worst old beds which required us to get physiotherapy laterThe bed had blood stains all over
I complained to the hotel, send them pictures and a video, but they did not apologize or accept the issue
