Review: Hi,
Early Saturday morning (around 1 AM), I arrived at the Courtyard New York Manhattan/Midtown East. After a room was assigned ((1519) I went up and discovered that it was dirty with towels on an unmade bed. Liquid stains from cups could be seen on the side table. I went down and informed the front desk associate, who apologized and assigned another room and offered free breakfast--an offer which I did not use. Once in the 2nd room, the toilet bowl flush didn't work, so I had to pour water down. Is this what I paid $346.61 for a roughly 6 hour stay? I felt mistreated by this experience.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund due to this experience.
