[redacted]Hello Revdex.com Thank you for your support on this matter. The issue is resolved but the communication from the Business is incorrect in following point. “Even though the customer agreed to the aftermarket product sold on the buyers order, we refunded the amount to him prior to the dealership being notified of this complaint being filed.” There was no aftermarket product sold to me.The refund was made to me only after filing the complaint, in fact they we not ready to talk to me about the issue. From my point, I received the refund so we can close the case. I appreciate your assistance with the resolution. Thanks

The dealership originally mailed the title documents to the customer.  The customer stated that they didn't receive them.  As a result, we have to duplicate all the documents.  We have applied for a duplicate title and are currently waiting on the State of Colorado to send that to...

us.  The moment it is here we will duplicate the necessary documents and we will overnight them to the customer.
