Courtesy Cleaners

I recently took my wedding dress to this establishment for cleaning. They disassembled part of the dress. The manager of the store told me they had all the pieces and that I could pick them up when the cleaning was finished. Upon completion of the cleaning, I was informed they had lost the separate piece and gave me the run-around for an extended period of time. Today, three months later, I picked up my dress without the separate piece and received a half-hearted apology and $50 off. Horrible customer service and would never recommend again.
