County Waste

These issue have been occurring since Oct. My trash can was not being fully emptied and it was beginning to pile up. My first official complaint was 10/24. I was told they would leave a note for the workers. This happend off and on resulting in multiple calls from 10/24 to 1/16. (I have all dates of...

calls) On 11/25 we actually got to witness the trash collector not empty the can. I called them and they sent him back. He looked in the can. Got in the truck and did not let the can flip 180 degrees. Leaving the trash still in the can. We called but no one picked up or returned our message. They always told me they would leave messages to make sure the can was emptied. During one of my recent complaints about the same issue, Cassandra" had told me that they don't get out of the truck so how could the workers know? When I had enough of the non returned calls, lost payments and failed pick ups, I wanted to drop the service. They hit me with a $130 fee for breaking the contract. There are more DOCUMENTED instances bit these were the major things.I don't think I should have had to pay to break the contract as the company made no real effort to fix my recurring issue. I held my end of our agreement and never was late on any payments. I terminated the service because of month of unsatisfied work and unprofessional customer service that will avoid calls and hang up on you.
