Horrible is the only way to describe. My garbage collection day was changed arbitrarily, when I called to ask why they could not give me a reason. I was told to leave the trash can at the curb and was guaranteed it would be picked up. However, after letting my trash sit there for 3 days I finally gave up waiting. They NEVER showed up to collect my trash like they assured me they would. DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY CLEARLY DON'T KEEP THEIR WORD, AND ARE UNRELIABLE. SIMPLY PUT THEY DON'T CARE! WORST GARBABGE COMPANY AROUND THE POCONOS! (CHECK OUT "DISPOSAL PRO" THEY ARE MUCH CHEAPER AND MUCH MORE RELIABLE)
