County Rental Services

This management company has many landlords - My landlord David L*** is a slumlord I always paid my rent on time; my ceiling caved in and for months I had to call constantly to have it repaired After many emails and phone calls they did a bad job In winter the landlord or company does not plow the snow so therefore you cannot get out and are stuck to call out of work I gave MrL*** a walk through of the apartment with months anticipation that I will not renew my lease A call back or a returned mail was never received by MrL*** It text Mr L*** to see when I can expect my deposit back he gave me the 18th, and the 28th of Sept dates he said he would mail it Since he has a laundromat blocks away from where I presently live I text to tell him that I can pick up the check there He replied back saying that if I do not stop texting him he will block my number and never gave me a response Never rent from him or this company All they want is to collect your rent and do not take care of any of the properties They are disgusting and dirty.....My next step is to contact Housing and report him and sue him by law in CT he has days I called the management company and all they told me is that they do not take care of any of the finances but if you are late with the rent - they are the first to call you I paid my rent a month prior and I got a call saying I was late When I told them that I paid before the 1st of the month they stood quiet....WORST COMPANY do not use their services or services from David L*** as an insurance agentWhat a JOKE!
