Dear Revdex.com Representative,In response to a complaint received that was dated August 4, We did take over this account from a previous company starting on July 1stThere was some confusion the first week about where the trash would be placedOnce we were able to speak with the customer that was clarifiedShe was missed the first week but we then sent out a truck to pick up all her trash at that timeWe have also responded to the customer's calls and emails and copies of those correspondences will be enclosed with this letterAny issues with this customer have been resolved since 07/12/15.Please feel free to contact us with any further questions.Regards,County Waste PA
