County Line Fence & Outdoor Products

Review: We purchased wooden fence from County Line Fence store including installation. The store guarantee us that this fence will be in good shape up to 10-15 years. They provide warranty for first year. Before the warranty was expired we contacted the store because the fence started corrupt in many spaces. We needed to replace about 40-50 fence boards because they were roted on the bottom.

We made few phone calls, stoped in the store few time, few months later they send somebody to do the job. The warranty was expired and this person replaced only 8-10 boards and told us he doesn't have more and be back. He never showed back.

We called to store again and again, stoped there few times and never was answer to our problem.

Few months ago the store manager, [redacted], contacted us and asked to send him pictures of our fence. We did send him picture via an email and he never get back to us, no phone calls, no emails.

He told me over the phone, our fence not under the warranty and he need the pictures just for the manufacture. If we approved, we can get boards to replace, but no instalation, we have to do it by ourself.

He never get back to us!

Please, help! This fence was expensive and we contacted the store before the warranty was expired!

Now it's more then 3 years we trying to get it done!Desired Settlement: They have to finish they job and to install the fence or refund money!

We can do not ever guarantee wood will last for 10-15 years. Wood is susceptible to the elements. Fence installation has a 1 year warranty on the workmanship. Customers fence was installed on 4/20/2010 here first call to our office was 5/11/2011. It was already out of the warranty but we went out & replaced 20 boards. On 11/7/2011 we went out again & replaced 25 more boards. See attached service history. Now over 3 years have passed the fence is out of warranty. We can not warranty this.
