My name is *** *** and this is my experience Countrywide Barns, it has been a NIGHTMARE and I mean a nightmare, please contact me before you use this company My cell number is ***.***.*** I will tell you everything Please call me
DO NOT hire these ppl to build anything for you! I've been waiting for 5 months for a simple pole barn and all I get is the run around and broken promises. This company is a joke it took 10 phone calls to finally get a hold of somebody to deliver my lumber and everyone I talk to says they have a yr to build it so they will be here when there ready [redacted] is wrong with ppl I've paid my down payment and lumber delivery so just [redacted] build it already.
Do not use this company . I have a legal battle going on with this business . You will be sorry . Bait and Switch Company . They will reel you in and make promises without putting these promises in your contract . It is a racket !!!!! Took over 5,000.00 from me
DO NOT ORDER FROM COUNTRY WIDE BARNS!!! I ordered my barn in July they said my barn was ready the first of September so I sent them the second payment, they have over $30,000 of my money and I DO NOt have a barn. All I have are excuses as to why I don't have my barn yet and these come from a project manager who sent me pictures of a kitchen faucet and utility sink to put in a horse wash rack!!! He obviously does not know anything about a horse barn!! No one at the company will return my phone calls and I have left dozens of messages. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a company. They take your money but then they do not produce a barn. I can't even get my money back!!! This company needs to be investigated for fraud!!!
Terrible experience and took over $6000 and never picked up a tool. I have tried to file litigation against them and they would not even accept the letter.
Signed a contract in March and when I tried to cancel in August due to no response to phone calls, emails they said they would be out at my property. I declined and said I would like my money back. I finally just hired a lawyer.
I would like to file a class action lawsuit against them if any other reviewers are interested.
