On 9/27/16, [redacted] picked up  her horse trailer after we did repairs. We replaced the kitchen counter top and installed a new faucet, we also replaced the water tank fill hose at the same time and tested all the plumbing before releasing the trailer. The customer called a week later...

and told us she was filling the water tank walked off and came back and noticed water was running out of the trailer. We sent the tech out that repaired that water fill line and he saw that the vent line had came off, I looked at all the repairs before she left and all lines where in place which also had been tested. the tech put the line back in place. Its very possible the one line came off during transport. She had called and said the water had damaged the floor, so I told to bring it buy the shop when she got finished using it so I could look at the floor. After I looked at the floor I told her that the damage under the kitchen sink was already damaged by water before this happened, I told her  we would fix it but we had so much work at that time I could not get it inside to do the repairs, plus she had to use the trailer a lot at the time. The owner told [redacted] that when she could leave it for at least a mouth or more to bring it in so we could work it in to do the repairs. At this time we are getting to the point of slowing down for the year, we hope to call [redacted] in next day or so to get her to bring and leave with us so we can do the repairs at no charge
