Yes we charge a $10.00 per night pet fee .  The cheap rate is for a room with 1 bed, not a room with 2 beds, which goes for $55.00 + tax =$60.71 plus $10.00 pet fee =$70.71.  I stand behind the price they were charged.  No mold.  Customer was shown room prior to checking in and he approved of it.  It was thunder storming at that time, so it did smell a little musty, but once again, he approved the room prior to checking in.  No refund or price adjustment will be given.  No refund policy is posted at the front desk and listed on the receipt.
