In March, I attended a craft fair in Sioux City, IA. I bought some bars of soap and signed up for their soap of the month club, which is %84/year. I was told I would get a bar of soap a month plus an extra bar in the month of my birthday. She asked what month my birthday was and I told her May. My soaps were supposed to start in the beginning of April. On April 21, my daughter messaged them stating that I had not received my soap yet. I had tried to call the phone number but nobody ever answered it and it stated that voice mail hadn't been set up. She was told they were running a bit behind and she would get it out that weekend. On May 3, my daughter again messaged her because I hadn't received anything. Her excuse was that she couldn't find my address. On May 4, she notified my daughter that she had mailed my soap.
