If there were any other company available in my area they would not be servicing Elgin!! This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with trash collection! They constantly miss pickups, won't issue refunds or credits, and constantly make messes when they do pick up trash. Now I got a bill in the mail two days ago saying that my payment is late but they never sent me a first bill!! And the kicker is they have a credit card on file for me to do automatic draws for payment!! Several neighbors have experienced this as well and have come home on pickup days to find their trash on the curb where the can was and the can gone! What company does that?!

Absolutely the worst trash pickup service ever. I called in before my last two months of service had ended, which I had already paid for, then I asked about getting the two months refunded if I canceled. They said no refunds, so I said okay well just keep the service going then. Then they missed pickup so I called in again and they said the account was marked as inactive because I canceled. I explained everything, and she said they reopened it. Then they missed the next pickup, so I called in again and they said that the account was inactive because I canceled it. I explained that this was the second time this has happened. She said there was no notes on the account showing I had called to re-activate it. I tell her to re-activate it. She said she did and that they'd give me a credit for missing pickups, then I ask how credit will be made. They literally say "well we aren't actually going to credit you". This is just a few of the many issues I've had with them. The people working here have no idea what they're doing, they're rude and [redacted] you off every time you have to call them.. Would not recommend them to anyone. There pickup sucks too, miss pickup all the time and they're super strict.
