Country Villa Oxnard Manor

Review: My Grandmother was with this facility, but was moved due to bed rashes, bed sores, lack of care, the facility losing her glasses, and the facility washing in the washer both of her hearing aids. I have left several messages for a [redacted] which is the only one who can assist me at the facility, but haven't recieved any response. They sent me to a collection company which now has a judgment against me. The facility advised me that they would settle the bill due to them losing her glasses and hearing aids. but now they are non-responsive. I think I might have to get my attorney involoved because this is on my personal credit and no one wants to help.Desired Settlement: To remove this from my credit or give me a refund for her glasses and two hearing aids and i'll pay them the money that they feel I owe. they still have not validated the debt.
