I vacated an apartment at Countryside Village back in 1/ I gave notice with a forward address and phone number
I gave written notice of my apartment at building 191, # With the written notice I gave the forwarding address and phone number As you can see this was over a year ago and last Friday, 1/29/16, I rec'd a letter from a collection company stating that Countryside Village had put me in collections First of all, they made me purchase a bond when I moved in stating that this would cover any damages if any would be covered upon my vacating Secondly, they never even contacted me stating that there was any issue They did contact in March, saying that I had a package, which leads me to believe that at this point in time they still did not even bother going into my apt to check itMy concerns are that because the management did not do their job by going in there that other tennants possibly went in and damaged it The people in #8, which was next to me had issu
