I was quoted one price on the phone and then charged additional delivery fee. When I called to get an explanation I was told that was the price and that I was quoted incorrectly and they could do nothing about it.
I knew nothing about this if I did there would be a solution. I would suggest calling me to resolve. We do 300 deliveries every week so I do not hear about them all. my name is ***. I am hear 7days till 7pm. My only question would be why the dispute of 40.00. The moonwalks are 99 98 or 97 and delivery is 70.00 where does the 40 come from?
