I was working with this company on a construction loan for my propertyThe loan didn't work out and the decision was made to not proceedI had sent a check in the amount of $ for the appraisal fee which was never doneOn July 3, I emailed C.Oadvising her that I decided not to go any further with the loan and requested my $ appraisal fee be returnedHer response was "I have requested the refund, They normally send out on Fridays Please let me know if you have not received the refund within a couple weeks"On August 4thI emailed C.Oagain with "Can you tell me what the status of the refund check is pleaseI haven't heard anythingIf I need to call someone please tell me who I need to speak with."
