I just ended my year lease with Country Park Villas Apartments and I was very dissatisfied with the community and management The grounds of the community are very dirtyThe maintenance guys are lazy and rarely finish a job on-timeIf you submit a work order, it may take days or weeks before someone get's to it or management may even forget and it never gets doneAt one point, our apartment flooded due to a storm and no one bothered to fix the carpet issue correctlyThey let the place air dry and then just hired someone to clean the carpetsNo one came to assess any kind of damage Now about the manager, her name is [redacted] , the only one that works there in the officeShe is the worst person to have to deal with She makes up rules as she goes along, she forgets to enter data or work orders, Very unprofessional, She employs all her family and caters to the mexican/hispanic residents, among so many other things My family could not wait to move from here and other residents feel the same wayYou will feel like you are in prison with the rules and how you are being watched

Bedbug infestation in the far north apartment building. Horrible managment. If you have concerns or maintanance issues they are handle over time. List of issues in apt#[redacted] and all 3.
Bedbugs, water leaks, roaches, and discrimination. Be alert they will get you in and you will have a horrible living experience.
