On 09-16-17 I placed my first order with this company in hopes of many more. Somehow I accidentally had an item in my order that was a pre-order and I take responsibility for that but I was told by Jamie Three times that that item was in and this order should of been shipped but he would get it out that day. The last time I spoke with him was the 20th of November. I sent another unanswered e-mail saying that if this order could not be fulfilled to cancel it. Again on 11-29-17 I spoke with Phil who said they needed to check a couple things on this order and would phone me that afternoon. Nothing again. It is the the only time I have branched out to order from an unknown to me company and this is ridiculous. I offered them every option from substituting to canceling to anything just please take care of my order and now Christmas is 24 days away and the birthday/Christmas gift remains in cyber-space. Where is their customer service and where is my order? I have documented everything from phone calls to e-mails. They return nothing. They just leave you hanging. All I want is an honest answer. Its always sad to find out you put your trust in a company that obviously does not appreciate your business.

Order has not shipped and can not reach the company via email or phone.
I placed an order on ***. The order number is ***. When I placed the order, it said all items were on pre-order but would ship within 2 weeks of the order date. I have now waited a month and nothing has shipped. I emailed the company twice and their website shows that the emails are pending and not assigned to anyone and have a low priority. I have called over 10 times and different times of the day and every time their number rings but no one ever picks up. At this point, I don't know if this is a legitimate company. I really want the three products I ordered and at least want the company to contact me in regards to when the order will ship out. It seems very strange to me that they will not answer emails or their phone. If they can not ship the order, I would like it cancelled so I can buy the products somewhere else.
