Review: Prior to settlement on 3/31/15 hardwood floor cracking and cupping, builder had sub replace over 20 boards, after settlement cracking and cupping of over 60 boards and again builder had sub replace. Cracking and cupping continues and now sub has inspected and say's not their issues. Cannot get resolved as it is a installation/material issue and cannot even get a response from builder on this.Desired Settlement: Remove and replace hardwood floor including furniture moved and stored at builder cost. Have material brought into house and acclimated as was not done (per sub contracter) with heat/air conditioning on as required by manufacturers of hardwood floors.
