Country Inn & Suites by Radisson

This hotel is terrible, they don’t take privacy serious and there employees take personal information to work and exploit it for there benefit. This place needs a overhaul of employees for sure, let alone when someone makes a complaint they don’t even have the decency to email back or try and make it right. I hope nobody decides to stay here, find a better hotel that appreciates your business.

My family and I booked a night stay at this location and paid for it through ***. When we got to the hotel they took my card for incidentals like always but when we left I checked my bank statements and noticed the next day I had been charged again for the night stay through the hotel. I gave it a few days to see if the charge would be credited back like in some cases but it never was. When I called the hotel to talk to the manager he denied us having my card charged. I have the transaction sheets from *** and the hotel for the same night and room. The hotel was paid by *** and still charged my card. When explaining this to the manager he got real hostile saying this is not his problem he had guests to attend do and to call my bank to dispute it. He proceeded to hang up on me. The bank unsuccessfully was able to get the money back out of them and had to file fraud and cut my business card up. This whole process has been going on for months with no resolution and has just been stressful. I want the hotel to own up and give me my money back. We have been to this location several times and booked through ***. After working with their manager I was discouraged at how poorly he handled my questions about their errors.
