We offered the guest a discount for the inconvenience but she declined the offer No other action will be taken This reservationl was booked thru a 3rd party and any further complaints need to be resolved through them
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:when I originally had [redacted] contact them regarding my refund the [redacted] rep was told by the hotel that I needed to contact them directly about the refundI spoke to the front desk manager who understood that I was requesting a full refundShe said that the room should have been better and said they were sorry that they ruined my weekendHow do they go from saying that to offering me a 20% refund? They took my money and gave me a horrible room.? They knew from the beginning that I booked through a 3rd party, but wanted to speak to me directly, but now that I'm following through with my rejection of their offer they are saying that I need to go through [redacted] for my refund.?
