As we all know that you can book or block a room and cancel the same over the phoneThis guest blocked some rooms and later cancelled it over the phoneWe did not charge her any deposit or anythingShe cancelled it stating that they have block in Lake Geneva nowWe still offered them room with the same rate but she was just not co-operatingWe tried our best to accommodate her but she did not response to our phone calls or emailsI was not sure what she was trying to doWe are allowed to cancel any block of rooms if no deposit taken and the guest calls to do so

As we all know that you can book or block a room and cancel the same over the phone. This guest blocked some rooms and later cancelled it over the phone. We did not charge her any deposit or anything. She cancelled it stating that they have block in Lake Geneva now. We still offered them room with... the same rate but she was just not co-operating. We tried our best to accommodate her but she did not response to our phone calls or emails. I was not sure what she was trying to do. We are allowed to cancel any block of rooms if no deposit taken and the guest calls to do so.

The guest was charged the cancellation fee for the reservation of check in date 07/08/
