To Country Home Products.I appreciate the phone calls from " [redacted] "We spoke this afternoon (9/13/17) and had a satisfying conversationThe refund for the "liftgate" service would have been acceptableAs I told [redacted] , I feel that I was greedy for wanting a free brush blade in addition to the refunded shippingI tried to get him to charge me for the blade but don't think I was successful...When the remaining washers arrived last Wednesday I immediately assembled the right brake caliper and took the mower out for a "test drive"I am so glad that I did NOT cancel the orderThe DR PRO-XLmower is a beast!
