Customer presented himself as a owner/contractor who had set a pole but that it was not deep enough in the groundHe said he was just needing the pole set one foot deeper, on their own agricultural landWe were to just provide laborOwner was providing the pole, permits, etcWe installed it as
he requestedA week later, he reached out to us and said it needed additional work required by PG&E, which he did not disclose the first time we bid the jobWe came out and performed the additional work, which was not in our quote, at no additional chargeSoon, thereafter, the customer's wife called to say that the work did not meet PG&E specsWe were never asked to install to PG&E specs, nor were any specs provided to usNow that the PG&E specs have been provided to us, which are pages long, we have re-quoted the job to her, per the requirements of the PG&E specsWe are happy to refund ALL of the money paid, or to do the work to the specifications now requested at the new price
