I have had 6 months of a complete nightmare trying to receive the product and service that I paid for from this business. The very worst experience I have had. They lied over and over and when I tried to talk to them about the craziness the employees just blamed each other and get defensive and it is impossible to get anything resolved, including just receiving product. They had my money for months and still had no accountability for providing the product and service. I had to literally beg them to receive a refund of $680 dollars out of the $15,000 I paid them and still have not gotten it. They are claiming today they credited me but when I call the credit card company they have not received it. I am frustrated that this business has no consequence for treating people this way, nor do they in any way seem to care.
