We are a vendor for Home Warranty of America, with whom he has a contractThe customer placed a work order through Home Warranty of America because water was leaking through the ceiling causing damage
The plumber determined upon his arrival, that the leak was due to tub run off, which
caused a leak in the ceilingThis was-caused by the removal of the shower enclosure, as determined through the experience and trade knowledge of the plumber, the damages stated on the complaint were preexisting upon our originalarrival to render service, due to the leak stated above and were in no way related to anything we, as a company may have done, of which, we rendered no repairs while on site
*** *** called back in about a week to Home Warranty of America saying there was still a problem, we were unable to service in the same day, and so the call was reassigned
The customers contract through Home Warranty of America states that a service fee is mandatory whenever a service provider responds to a work order to diagnose or make repairs

Worst customer service I have experienced. They were the vendor that Fidelity Home Warranty dispatched 12/01/2016 to service one of our rental properties. I understand that there were scheduling issues in the beginning between this vendor and our tenant which we addressed with our tenant. Since that time not one phone call other than the ones I have made to Country Boys has been attempted to schedule the call. I finally called back in today again for an update and once again spoke with Jennifer who made several excuses, refused to answer my question, and then told me they were not got going to the address and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional.
