The complaint has not been resolvedThe gutter has not been replaced as promisedI was contacted by [redacted] on December 23rd, At that time, he promised to "get right on it." Since then, he has called once regarding the gutter to state that he was in touch with the person who was supposed to provide it for him to installI have received no further communication from [redacted] regarding when the work will be done, and no refund of my $deposit
