Yes we did submit the refund claimTryed to reach *** several times to let know if we do receive this refund he will receive 50% of itWe both pd 50% of these repairs and already settled with him with a refund on his payments made.I believe we have went out of our policies to settle this
account being a factory recall issue it was truly not our fault this happened to this car. Thanks Jeff F*

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. I agree that none of this would have ever happened if the car never had these issues or if the recall would have happened earlier and everyone would be happy. However I have not received any calls or messages. As long as I receive what is owed to me I am happy I'm not sure what is meant by I got a refund to car payments because I got nothing but a big ole loss.
