RE: Case ID#: [redacted] To whom it may concern,This is a response to Mr [redacted] ’s complaint filed on 10/2/We unfortunately didn’t receive this complaint until June of Our advertising material clearly states the oddsI am not sure what card Mr [redacted] receivedThey are printed in batches of 1,000,We do keep a log of the main prize distribution per 1,000,printedIf Mr [redacted] would like that info, I would need to know what card he receivedFurthermore, there is no obligationA customer has two choicesOne: view our product in home at which time we match the advertising material to our master chart to determine the prizeTwo: they can come to the office on any Saturday during business hours and have the card matched to the master chartApparently, we also offered Mr [redacted] a third option that is rare, mailing the cardMr [redacted] is still welcome to any of the optionsThank you and don’t hesitate to contacted us with any further questions.Shane S [redacted] General ManagerCountry Aire
