Counterforce Canada

I have had counter force now for over a year, I have had problems that have not been addressed, the Service is POOR to Very POOR
When I phone my Home number if it rings 20 times, Counterforce recording comes on ENTER YOUR ACCESS CODE... what the heck for?? asked to have it addressed, 3 months now NOTHING
Asked to have a Service Rep come around and check the system out ... or who the contact is so I can phone, they told me they would,,, HEARD NOTHING after several Calls.
Had issues with the telephone / there system , not working, I think it works now, hope so as wife in on monitoring system... ONE WOULD THINK that they would be phoning and following up to make sure all works NOTHING..
My doors alarms work sometime right away when you open some times 3 feet open, by that time the burglar would be in..
WoW, would you want this kind of Service.. if I could get out of this contract I would and go back to [redacted],,, pay a little more but Worth knowing they follow up on everything..
I switched cause I got motion detects, smoke detectors, life support, and doors monitored for what I thought was a good deal... I IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT MUST BE

We aren't sure what Counterforce is monitoring, because the battery died in our alarm system three months ago and they did not even notice. Prior to that, it was showing Low Battery for nearly two years and it took a year and a half for someone to call and mention it. We are completely fed up with Counterforce and are cancelling our account, since obviously we've been paying them for nothing.
