On May 05, I purchased A Taurus PT9mm pistol from Counter Strike Tactical The sales person who sold it to me was a MrE [redacted] I selected it from the glass show caseDuring the time I was filling the paper work.I left the store to get my glassesWhen I returned to complete the paper work the sales persons came rushing to the counter with a weapon in a somewhat of a beat up boxI never looked at the weapon again until around 7pm when I showed it to my wifeWe immediately noticed the blemishes on the slide showing where the pistol had been taken in and out of a holster over a period of timeand worn in dirt on the handleThis was not the pistol I selectedthere was no gun lock that comes with a new gun purchaseThe store was closed on Monday so I had to wait until Tuesday May 08, To return pistolHe claimed he sold it to me discounting the damage which was a outright lie The sales person and another person thought it was funnyI wanted a refund or apply the sales of
