Coulbourne scam
Hi I ordered a bikini a couple of weeks ago and I still have not received any email with shipping details or an updated confirmation that it is on the way. I only received one email after purchase with my order number and saying it was successful. I have tried to email multiple time and message on instagram but no one has gotten back to me. I am very disappointed in the customer care.

Scam - 3 months later still no delivery
Please just stay away from them. Spent over €100 on swimwear and was never delivered. Customer service is ignoring emails... shame!

The WORST company I have ever purchased from !
I ordered a bikini from them on sale in MAY. It is not September.. so much for the bikini I wanted this summer. I never received a shipping confirmation. Only the purchase confirmation. I’ve emailed them numerous times.. no response. I’ve commented on posts on instagram.. no response.. DMd them on insta.. no fckn response. This is so irritating. Don’t purchased from them ! I want a refund !

Never received my order
I ordered a top and bottom and have never received it. I’ve emailed them countless times and messaged them on Instagram too. Will be reporting them if I don’t hear back in a week.

The most disappointing / insane scam yet.
In October I ordered 1 swimsuit and received it. Quickly, no problem. I buy another swimsuit (Order #21527) in May 4th and N O T H I N G. I have emailed multiple times and have reached out through Instagram. They probably have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I just want my bathingsuit! Nothing more. And if this company is really a scam it’s sick and wish to have my money refunded.

I ordered a swimsuit a few years ago that did not fit at ALL. After many back and forth exchanges with the company, they allowed me to exchange, however every suit they sent me was beyond TINY (yes I am aware skimpy is their thing, which is how I like my suits to fit), and did not match the provided size charts at ALL. The company finally agreed to give me a gift card. I recently ordered a new suit with the card (careful to size up this time). This order was placed in early December 2021, it is now MARCH and I still have not received my swimsuit. Weeks after placing the order I reached out to Coulbourne for a status update since I had not been provided any. They responded after WEEKS telling me that the item was out of stock and would be backordered for several weeks, to which I responded that if they had indicated that on their website or notified me when I first placed the order I would have selected a different item as I had wanted it for a New Years vacation. Weeks later I received a response "Good news!"- a different size came in stock and they would be happy to ship that to me instead of the size I ordered. How is this good news? Why would I want them to ship me a size that does not fit me? It has now been THREE months since I placed the order. I requested a refund and order cancellation multiple times, no response. I FINALLY heard back from them today, and they say the items are back in stock and will ship to me in another two weeks. I have never worked with such an inefficient, unprofessional, and disorganized (not to mention OVERPRICED) company. I will NEVER order from them again!

Bruh
Okay order 19049. I ordered back in March. And I was told my order would ship to me end of April. Then I only received 1/2 of the swimsuits I ordered. From there that one tore. Then when I requested a refund in JUNE they said they will send me a confirmation email once it’s processed but it’s been 2 weeks. I just want my money back it’s spent $300 and I was looking forward to it. I honestly just want my money back. I wouldn’t order customer service takes their sweet time and i’m just confused if they even have a set up or check their emails.

Refund
Ordered a suit August 7th, 2020 and was aware that covid was causing delays. In March was told that the suit I ordered would not be available anytime soon. As I did not want a different style or color I asked for a refund (on March 8th). I did not get a response until April 16th saying the order would be cancelled and refunded asap. It is June 4th and I have still not received a refund and the company has not replied to any of my follow up emails.

I ordered a swim suit from this company months ago and never received it, I paid over 120 for this one swimsuit and I never got anything nor my money back, I've emailed, messaged, and posted about it and all they did was read my messages and look at my social media posts with no reply, they don't care that I paid a lot of money for a product they never shipped nor do they plan to help me get it and they won't give me a refund on my money, and their customer service is non existant. They don't reply to anyone.

We explained to Ms. all customer related questions are handled via email. It's a bit difficult to get to our customers in a timely manner when they contact us via ***. To be fair to our customers we handle emails in the order they were received. Below I've attached our responses to her emails . Where we explain everything that is going on with her order.

I do not accept this because,
1. They still have not racked my order
2. I sent them my confirmation code, they did not tell me the status of my order, nor did they even look at the code itself.
3. They just kept showing me that my order was on "preorder" but on the website it never says that nor did it show that it was on pre order when I bought it.
4. When I emailed them back and asked if my orders had been shipped they said "here's the link to your item, read the description of shipping." Which is non informative and so terrible on the customer service side I don't even know how they get business.
5. When I read the description it said shipping takes 5-10 weeks. When I asked them (since I ordered it 7 weeks ago) if my package would be here in 3 weeks they said "maybe, read the shipping description" AGAIN?!
I don't even know how to communicate with this company. Their answers are poor and non informative, they aren't helpful at all, they gave me answers that made no sense. And over all they have not helped me figure out the status of my package or gave me an apology.

We will be refunding this order shortly. We've apologized to the customer for the misunderstanding. The link that was sent to the customer has the shipping description listed right above the size selection bar. I've attached the link to the shipping description:
*** . The items were purchased on preorder and we also stated this in our email the shipping time was 5-10 weeks now moved to 6-12 weeks because of the corona virus pandemic. When the customer asked if they would ship in 3 weeks since it had been 7 weeks already we explained there are factors that can alter the shipping process but they should be shipping in 3 weeks. We also attached our FAQ link with a detailed description of our policy regarding preorders. We've also attached the emails between the customer service representative and the customer.
