This software company started by can do all and gave discount and charge more each time we call. After assessing how long it will take our historical data to convert it to their accounting software, training and report setup hours we were give a price to pay and we paid it in full on June 24th, 2019. After many calls in between on October they uploaded wrong charts of account and called them after admitting they did not wrong because they were trying it an easy way they promised to correct that information it takes many phone calls and lots of back and forth works and finally uploaded not correct but better charts of account in March,20. As of now I do not have the service I paid for it and each time I am asking to have the service they ask me to pay more many. The company did not give me the product they promised and wants my refund.

services are prepaid, you must have purchased the appropriate service prior to
speaking with anyone on the support team. We provided substantial data
migration services at no charge to try to fix the migration. The feedback we
received from you caused numerous delays, as it either did not answer our questions,
or changed what you wanted to have done.Migrating data from one accounting software to another is a
process that requires extensive information from the customer. We are not
experts on your data, we are experts on getting that data into our software.
This does require quite a bit of back and forth communication during the
process, and feedback from the customer on how things should be formatted.
Regarding the chart of accounts in question, we were given a spreadsheet with
the different segments and told to create that chart of accounts. We did as we
were asked, then were told it was completely wrong. We redid it, at no
additional charge to you, and delivered on March 20.Your most recent call to support was to fix a change you
made to that chart of accounts; you added an additional segment. This requires each
account to be renumbered. Once that change has been made it cannot be undone. We
have extensive help documentation and users guides to explain each function in
the software. We also offer training to assist with teaching you how to use it.Refunds on the software itself are only available within 30
days of purchase, and services are non-refundable.Again, we thank you for reaching out to us here at Cougar
Mountain regarding your service contract.

I am rejecting this response because:After spending more payment than it was quoted to
us for full package it is almost year and we do not have working system. Not
working because we paid for 2018-2019 historical data and found out The
software company call us to get the data three weeks after call and ask for the
same thing and it was just taking long time so we decided to forget that and at
least get the first 6 month of current fiscal years of today we don’t have it
and ask us to pay more. Simple support question we have took 2 or three support
staff and charged for it with no solution. When we purchased the software, we
expected at least to have a workable program. The software has outdated manual
and the only choice is to call support and get charged or never use it. Since the
software is very complex and had no good manual or direction at least online
support we were forced to call them more than we must. Now almost year since we
purchased it, we do not workable system and expected to pay more money to get
where we comply to GAAP requirement. This is misleading and unfair business.
