Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I spoke with Kia every day after you had my vehicle towed thereAnd I was in constant contact with the mechanic there at Kia and he showed me how you were at fault and there was no way I could have caused that damageI even spoke with you [redacted] , and you told me your general manager and certified mechanic at Kia both agreed cougar lube was at faultSomehow after Thanksgiving the whole story changed and now you're not at faultI've spoke to the mechanic multiple times, even lately he still days it's your fault.?
