Couch Electrical Services

Called to get estimate for adding some new circuit breakers - I was charged $70.00 for him to come to my home.
He sent email with pricing-- I called him to do some of the circuits - I called several times - said he would get back
to me & never did - it is now almost 4 months & he never called me - I think to charge for an estimate & never call
back to do the job is an unfair policy..
