did I have a long conversation with our Property Manager, I also required that he submit a letter to me detailing all the items that were repaired, replaced, and cleanedI will not go into details but will say that he has documented all items, photographed each, and I am satisfied that the charges are legitimateI fully understand the tenants request and realize they did not want to move, but the owner made a decision to sell the property, which is his right to do, and that is beyond our role as Property ManagerI hope the tenant and the Revdex.com understands
