tenants called to notify smoke alarm buzzing all the time, was approx3d week in may, I went out and found original smoke alarm from when house was built in 1979, tenant had unwired unit so would quit buzzing,, I hooked back up, unit was buzzing, unhooked and took with me to dispose of, had
purchased new unit and had not been by home to install, owner was in town and had scheduled inspection of home, on 5-sent me email stating had replaced the smoke alarm, I did not think a thing about it,, owner called office and left msg with manager about smoke alarm, I sent owner email stating had smoke alarm but had not been by house yet, I could have called maintenance service to replace, but figured was dollar part and would be easy enough to replace next time instead of $service call plus part cost of $25,my replay email to owner was probably 5th to 10th of junesent owner email and did not think another thing about the replaced smoke alarmquite surprised to see this letter from Revdex.comnext time will certainly call maintenance service instead of trying to save owner money
