Review: Place an order for two (2) t-shirts on June *, 2015 and was promised 2-3 day delivery. both packages never arrived. [redacted] claimed that it was mailed out and to give it another day. I requested the [redacted] tracking number, he claimed that he needed to get back to me for that, he never did. I text him again this time he claimed that it was refused. I told him to take a picture of both packages and the tracking number so that can make a compliant with my post office. He never gotten back to me with the information. He demanded that owed him an apology because he did sent it out and it came back. He stated that he'll have his wife mail them out again. Today is Wednesday and still no packages. I text him requesting a refund and he had not responded.Desired Settlement: A full refund and compensation for the hassle. including a $25.00 filing fee with the Federal Trade Commission
