Dear House of Scott Family/Staff,
My husband and I want to express our gratitude for your understanding during our time of sorrow. More frequently than not, people don’t give clients the same attention when the transaction has ended; however, I want to give kudos to Coretta for returning my many phone calls in a very timely manner. It’s so refreshing to get the same courteous, prompt attention from beginning to end. Jeanie was also so kind on the occasions I spoke to her.
It’s already a difficult time for us, and all of you eased our stress. BTW, today, we received our brother, ***’s remains. Thank you very much.
