Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I'm surprised that the business is saying they haven't heard from anyone else about this issueI know for a fact that another home-owner on the street has tried to contact them in regards to this issue besides myself, and I talked to them directly at least three times without a change in the lawn-care crew's methods, though the business at that time did say they would do something about itMyself and the other home-owner have left numerous messages at their phone number that were not responded to after these direct communicationsAlso, we are not talking about debris blown into the street from another property, but the debris from their property that their lawn-care people blow into the street every time they come to tend the propertyMyself and my partner have even talked directly to the lawn-care crew about this issue and they refuse to change their methods or stop blowing their lawn-clippings out into the streetIt is not garbage from the freeway, but from the grass and debris from their property The lawn-care company gave a weak excuse for not doing a better job when they were approached directly, saying it takes too longI do not want to be contacted by this business again; I want them to make sure their crew does a better cleaning jobI'd like them to take responsibility, and not give excuses about the freeway or assign blame to another property managerThis is their mess and we'd like them to do a better job cleaning it up, and stop blowing all the grass and leaf trimmings into the street and gutters, but pick it up and cart it away instead.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
