Purchased wor wonton soup from this business. Soup only contained water.

I went back. Restaurant would not refund my money.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment Soup price was 9.95 plus tax. I also spent 20 minutes driving home and back. Requesting a refund of $15.00
