We rented a dress and during the trial informed about a torn area at the bottom of the dressThey noted it downWhen we picked up, they clearly mentioned it was all done and handed us in a covered bagWhen we opened the cover, we see that it is not stitiched at allThe person wearing the dress could have tripped and fallen downWhen we complained the response was terribleThey did not call back or email us backTerrible customer serviceWe had to call again and again to get some answerAll they offered was a store credit which we refused as we have no intention of going back to the storeOVERALL A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEAlso the quality of the dress was badThere were torn parts and not maintained well
