February 7, Revdex.com [redacted] ID# [redacted] Its unfortunate to hear that one of our clients was dissatisfiedI did call the client to resolve the complaint after receiving noticeHis complaint is due to miscom muni cation:When the client picked up the original death certificates he ordered, he placed an order for additional death certificates with our secretaryShe is new and did not know that once the new certificates arrived, she should!ve called the client to pick them upShe did notWhen the client followed up with phone calls, he asked for me, versus asking for the secretary he placed the order withI explained to the secretary that if someone orders death certificates, she should follow up to make sure the person receives themWe use a third party to process our insurance claimsIn the past, as a small business, we’ve had problems pursuing claims with large insurance companies when problems ariseThe third party company is better setup to deal with insurance companiesWhen we took the deceased into our care, a document explaining this process was given to the daughter of the deceasedShe probably didn’t share the insurance processing information with the clientSincerely, Roland [redacted] C [redacted]

placed an order for additional death certificates with our secretary. She is new and did not know that once the new certificates arrived, she should!ve called the client to pick them up. She did not. When the client followed up with phone calls, he asked for me, versus asking for the secretary he placed the order with. I explained to the secretary that if someone orders death certificates, she should follow up to make sure the person receives them.2. We use a third party to process our insurance claims.
