Costano Watch

I ordered this watch as a gift from a survey I did. I paid $5.46 for shipping. There was no indication that this was a trial process, I was checking my bank account after I got paid,and found a withdrawal of $98.41 taken out of my account. I tried several times to get in touch with this company to find out what the charge was for. I was put on hold for 15 min the first time, 20 min the second time, and 25 min the 3rd time. No one answered my phone call. So I sent a email to the company, they came back with it was a trial offer and $98.41 would be taken out of my account every mon if I wanted to continue with the company. They closed the account which was Ok. I just want them to refund my money since I wasn't aware that it was a trial offer. I hope you can help me with this matter. I am on a fixed income and can't afford this.Please help me get my money back. If this was a trial offer,it needs to be put on the offer so people would know
