Better off booking yourself! Rethink this company's services unless booking a complicated itinerary. I booked my trip through Costa Rico Experts and was willing to pay more for hotels than I would have for the peace of mind if I needed assistance. However once they got our money it became difficult to receive help with minor difficulties that arose Also regarding booking tours, I do not find the agents to be forthcoming regarding local tour options. Only suggested most expensive alternatives. I would strongly suggest doing your own planning and saving the money. No value added for our trip
