[redacted] has been working with this dental practice for several months trying to clear up the initial miscommunication between the front desk staff in Great FallsThe first date of service goes back to February 19, when it was documented insurance benefits was changed, because of new insuranceFor months this insurance was submitted her the insurance company provided by in FebruaryIn April (DOS 4/24/2014) other insurance info was updated at this time, with the previous insurance not paying on treatment and claims that was submittedThe claims were submitted to the insurance company which was given to the Great Falls office.As documented May 8, 2014; all claims were resubmitted for DOS 2/19/2013, 3/26/& 8/21/with a copy of the insurance cardAs a participating provider, we are only obligated to the fee schedule of the insurance companyAs an office we went above and beyond to try to collect reimbursement from [redacted] InsuranceAs noted, it would not be our mistake if the correct insurance was given for the following dates of service 2/19/2013, 3/26/& 8/21/Attached you will find the denial from [redacted] And the account summary with all the attempts to process the claims to the incorrect insurance company ( [redacted] of CA) to the correct Insurance company ( [redacted] of VA)Please contact me with any questions or concernsThank you, Denise FBusiness Manager

For 6 months this insurance was submitted her the insurance company provided by in February. In April 2014 (DOS 4/24/2014) other insurance info was updated at this time, with the previous insurance not paying on treatment and claims that was submitted. The claims were submitted to the insurance company which was given to the Great Falls office.As documented May 8, 2014; all claims were resubmitted for DOS 2/19/2013, 3/26/2013 & 8/21/2013 with a copy of the insurance card. As a participating provider, we are only obligated to the fee schedule of the insurance company. As an office we went above and beyond to try to collect reimbursement from [redacted] Insurance.
