Review: [redacted], owner of the company, will not honor his warranty. Additionally, I have discovered that the equipment he installed was at least ten years older than he represented it to be.A few weeks ago, a leak appeared in the tank body of the pump. I contacted [redacted] to arrange for repair. [redacted] claimed he did not give me a warranty to cover the repair. I said he did and will show him the paper with his signature and warranty. He said he would come over to look at the pump, but did not. I have not been able to reach him since then. He will not return my phone calls.Desired Settlement: It has been too long to go without repairing the pump, so I must now hire someone else to get it done. The cost for parts and labor to replace the leaking tank body is $230. Cost Less Pool Repair ([redacted]) should pay the $230 repair cost. I think they also owe me a partial refund of the total cost due to the equipment being ten years older than represented and therefore will not last as long as expected.
